Hancock is part of the Contoocook Valley school district along with Antrim, Bennington, Dublin, Sharon, Francestown, Greenfeild, Peterborough, and Temple.
Grades 9-12: Hancock high school students attend the ConVal Regional High School along with the other eight towns in the district.
Grades 5-8: Middle school students attend the Great Brook Middle School in Antrim.
Grades K-4: Younger students attend Hancock Elementary School.
