Monadnock Oil and Vinegar is a gorgeous small store and tasting room in Peterborough, NH that sells oils, vinegars, herbs, salts, cheese, jams and jellies. Monadnock Oil and Vinegar was founded by Korey Snow and Kim Homoleski in late 2013. The couple who are avid farmers themselves became interested in oils and vinegars when they learned the even extra virgin olive oil often isn’t what is claims to be.
