The Jaffrey Civic Center will be holding its annual Founder’s Day Celebration at The Jaffrey Civic Center on Thursday, May 12th at 7 pm in The Auditorium Gallery. The event is held annually to honor Marion Mack Johnson, Founder of The Jaffrey Civic Center and includes musical and drama performances from students in the Jaffrey-Rindge School District. This year’s event commemorates both, Marion Mack Johnson, the Founder of the Jaffrey Civic Center and the 50th Anniversary of The Jaffrey Civic Center. Accompanying the event is the Annual Young Person’s Exhibit, which is held upstairs in The Cunningham Gallery and showcases the artwork of students in the school district from Kindergarten through grade 12. We hope you can come celebrate with us on this very special evening. Cake and refreshments will be available. As always, the reception is free and open to the public.
