We are also collaborating with The Historical Society of Cheshire County in creating a program about the Salem Witch Trials!
On Saturday October 17th at 2 PM, members of the Edge Ensemble will present a program about their preparation for their performance of Arthur Miller’s The Crucible. The play uses some of the characters and events surrounding the Salem Witch Craze of 1692 to construct a classic tragedy. The director and several members of the cast will present short scenes from the play. They will discuss how they prepared their individual characterizations. The program will conclude with a “talk-back” between the cast and the audience. The presentation will be at the Historical Society of Cheshire County, 246 Main Street, Keene. The program is free and open to the public.
