It’s that time of year again when all of the Maple Sugar Shack will be opening their doors to the public. This weekend 3/14-3/15 all of the houses below will be giving tours. 1. Brookview Sugarhouse
On Maple Weekend, we will hopefully be boiling sap. We will have maple syrup and maple candy for sale. Free homemade doughnuts and coffee.We plan to be open from 10-4.

2. Connolly Sugar House
Wood fired boiling demos daily. Dairy farm tours. Farm storeselling maple walnut and maple ice cream, raw milk, beef, pork, maple sausage,lamb, chicken, artisan cheeses, maple soap and hand cream, and many otherhomemade maple treats. On March 21, 22, 28 & 29: Food truck selling hotdogs, hamburgers, waffles on a stick dipped in hot maple syrup, hot and colddrinks. Porta-potty on site.

3. Morning Star Maple
Maple sugaring demonstrations. Free samples of mapleproducts. Free pancakes and fresh syrup being served March 28-29. Gift shop with a full line of maple products available and made on the premises including maple syrup, cream, sugar, candy, cotton candy, maple nuts and more.

4. Old Pound Road Sugar House
On Maple Weekend, we will have our old-time traditional sugarhouse fully operational making maple syrup and candy. Free samples. Syrup and candy for sale. Free coffee and maple muffins. You’ll love our beautiful little sugar house.
